Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend functionality using TypeScript and Quasar
• Work with existing large-scale frontend architecture
• Build and improve integrations with backend APIs and external services
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product stakeholders
• Improve maintainability, stability, and usability of the platform
• Participate in architecture and technical discussions
• Contribute to ongoing product evolution and frontend modernization

We are looking for a fullstack PHP developer who is primarily backend-focused and comfortable working inside an established production system. You will contribute to backend architecture, external integrations, code quality, and ongoing product evolution. The role also includes occasional frontend work when needed, but the core of the position is backend engineering. This is a strong fit for someone who can work confidently in an existing codebase, improve what is already there, and collaborate closely with a product-oriented engineering team.

The product is a back-office / ERP platform for tour operators and travel agencies. It helps teams manage day-to-day operations more efficiently, from bookings to supplier workflows, in one system. The platform integrates with multiple external travel services and providers, including booking platforms, GDS systems, car rental providers, and hotel / accommodation services. Experience in the travel domain is useful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend functionality of the platform
• Work on integrations with external travel APIs and services
• Write and maintain clean, testable code
• Refactor and improve existing backend code
• Occasionally work on small frontend tasks in Quasar / Vue.js
• Collaborate with the team on architecture, performance, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements

• Strong experience with PHP
• Hands-on experience with Laravel and/or Symfony
