  • Registry code: 17295092
  • Address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Telliskivi tn 57, 10412, Estonia

2. What data we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you contact us through the contact form on this website.

The following information is collected:

  • Name — to address you correctly in our response
  • Work email address — to reply to your enquiry
  • Engagement type — to understand the nature of your request
  • Description — to assess whether and how we can help

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics through our Cloudflare Pages hosting setup to understand high-level website usage and performance trends. This analytics setup is privacy-focused and provides aggregated reporting.

We do not use advertising tracking technologies, including advertising pixels, marketing tags, or behavioral profiling tools.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). When you submit a contact form, you are initiating a business conversation. We have a legitimate interest in receiving and responding to that enquiry. This interest is not overridden by your rights and freedoms given the business context and the limited nature of the data collected.

4. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to:

  • Review your enquiry and assess whether there is a potential fit
  • Respond to you directly via email
  • Follow up on the conversation if relevant

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

5. Third-party processors

Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service. Resend processes your submission data (name, email, and message content) solely to deliver the email to us. Resend acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement and does not use this data for its own purposes.

Resend is a US-based service. Data transfers outside the EEA are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.

This website is hosted and served via Cloudflare Pages (cloudflare.com). Cloudflare processes network traffic and may handle request metadata (such as IP addresses) as part of its infrastructure services. Cloudflare acts as a data processor and operates under its own data processing agreements and privacy commitments.

Cloudflare also provides Web Analytics for this site through the Cloudflare Pages integration. Cloudflare acts as a service provider/processor for this analytics function.

6. Data retention

We retain contact form data for 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, data is deleted from our systems and from Resend unless an active business relationship has been established, in which case data is retained only as necessary for that relationship.

7. Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies on this website. We also do not use marketing pixels or similar advertising identifiers.

No cookie consent banner is currently required based on this setup.

8. Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data where there is no legitimate reason to continue processing it
  • Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@soltatech.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon):

  • Website: aki.ee
  • Email: info@aki.ee
  • Address: Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
